E3 Discovery & Consultation

Our first step is discovery, where we’ll review your goals, priorities, budget, and overall vision to determine feasibility. Discovery will also inform us if a partnership with JTG Presents is the best fit for your project.

After discovery is the consultation, and since this session is a working meeting we’ll establish concrete objectives, relevant recommendations, and the spark of excited motivation. You’ll leave with not just your notes and ideas but also a JTG Presents branded packet containing the guidance & recommendations from the meeting provided in detail within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion.

  • Recommended vendor categories and timeline approach, with consideration for any permits and licensing.

Though we’d love to collaborate with all our consult clients, our first priority is ensuring maximum positive alignment for a smooth planning and coordination journey on both sides.

Consultation Only

Price reflects the cost of the discovery consultation only; the purpose of the consultation is to determine if we are a good partnership fit and does not guarantee any work done past the consultation packet. Cost will act as first deposit should we move forward with working together and is non-refundable in any case.

Total Fees and Payments

Cost of events are dependent on elements discussed during discovery and in order to receive a quote for services, a consultation is required.

Discovery Consult is $100. No call, now shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% and reschedules within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a $20 rescheduling fee.
